Service Description
A copy of the mental health diagnosis, mental health evaluation, treatment plan, and other pertinent history is required.
Application/Referral Process
Members must first be referred by a medical professional. New members must attend a tour and orientation.
Description
Helps individuals find and secure employment, either in fully supported part-time positions, or in independent full-time positions. Also provides training in vocational skills.
