Eligibility
Applicants must meet both income and screening criteria, as well as the Federal Student Rule where applicable. Screening criteria includes, but is not limited to: criminal and credit history and prior landlord screening. Head of household must be at least 18 years of age. Some units may have additional eligibility requirements based on ability status, and age. See application for details.
