Eligibility
Must be a Box Elder County resident and a client of one of the following agencies: Department of Workforce Services (Brigham City Center), Brigham City Food Pantry, or Tremonton Food pantry. Box Elder County Residents only- no exceptions. Children must be 18 or younger and in school. Contact agency to ask about eligibility and how to enroll if not working with any of the three agencies.

Service Description
Call ahead to the agency where you are a client with to ask about documents needed. Birth certificates, proof of income, address, etc., may be required.
Application/Referral Process
Applications can be picked up from the following locations: Box Elder Community Pantry, (272 North 200 West, Brigham City); Department of Workforce Services (138 West 990 South, Brigham City); Tremonton Food Pantry (180 South Tremont Street, Tremonton). Drop off application at same location it was picked up.
Description
Holiday program that provides each child with a pair of shoes, socks, a need and a want. Each family is given a box of living essentials as well.
