In Person Crisis Intervention

Social workers and caseworkers serve community members experiencing crisis by offering brief therapeutic intervention and connecting them to appropriate community resources. Social workers specialize in sex offenders, felons, housing, halfway house/prison transition, mental health/jail, domestic violence, severe persistent mental illness, sexual violence, human trafficking, and substance use disorder. Services provided include coordination between agencies, case management, housing assistance, employment resources, and help navigating the behavioral health system.
