To qualify for crisis service, clients must be the homeowner and currently on the HEAT program. HEAT and weatherization applications must be submitted under the same household client name and be a US Citizen.

Description
Provides energy conservation work on homes of low-income homeowners. Weatherization repairs may include replacing incandescent lighting, repairing windows, doors, and furnaces, carbon monoxide testing, wall, floor, ceiling, and duct insulation. Crisis services are available for qualifying homeowners with no heat during the winter months.
