Eligibility
Licensed child care providers OR unlicensed providers who care for relative children. Requires criminal background check for everyone 12+ in household. Children 12 and under may receive meals, as well as individuals of any age in qualifying daycares (such as for adults with disabilities).

Service Description
License, residential certificate from the Utah Department of Health Child Care Licensing OR relative care certificate through Alliance for Children (criminal background check required for all residents over 18 when applying for relative care certificate).

Call, email, or walk in. Office will set up a home visit.
Description
The Child Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) provides cash reimbursement to eligible family day care providers to help provide balanced and nutritious meals. Works directly with the Utah State Office of Education Child Nutrition Program.
