18 years old and older, live within 50 miles of the center, and be dependent on opioids for at least one year. Client must be in a state of withdrawal at arrival and not have had opioids for 24 hours.

Valid photo ID, second form of ID, payment for intake fee (if paying with Medicaid, Amerigroup, or Sunflower there will be no need to pay the fee), documentation of previous treatment.
