Valid photo ID, second form of ID, payment for intake fee (if paying with Medicaid, Amerigroup, or Sunflower there will be no need to pay the fee), documentation of previous treatment.

Description
The center provides a Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) approach to substance use disorder treatment. Methadone, Suboxone, Buprenorphine, and Vivitrol are used to lessen the extreme physical and mental discomfort associated with opioid withdrawal. Clients come to the center to receive a daily dose of medication.
