App is available for download on any Apple or Android smart phone. Enables chat or text directly with a crisis counselor by clicking 'Start a chat'. A crisis counselor receives a message and responds quickly in real time, providing a safe, confidential, and non judgemental space to talk, help problem solve, and referrals to additional resources. Access app or call for help with many issues including depression and anxiety, drug and alcohol problems, self harm, loss and grief, bullying and cyberbullying, relationship difficulties, suicide prevention, domestic/school violence, and any life challenges.
