Criminal Record Expungement Assistance
Eligibility
Those with misdemeanor or felony criminal records, whom are: off probation or parole, have no open cases, are not in the middle of a plea of abeyance, and have paid all fines, fees, and restitution ordered in the case they want to expunge. Exclusions include registrable sex offenses, domestic violence related offenses, certain weapons-related offenses, simple assault, and DUI's.
Fees
Intake form is at no cost. If your income is 225% of the federal poverty line or below, Clean Slate Utah may be able to cover the fee of $65.00 for the expungement application.
