Eligibility
Services are provided to Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties residents. People of all ages who have physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disability are invited to participate in Center activities. Eligibility for some services is based on economic need, however, most independent living programs/services are available to all people with disabilities at no cost.

Most services are no cost. Community integration program member pay fees for some activities (dinner, movies, and community events.) Suggested donations for transportation to community events.
