Eligibility
Services are provided to Cache, Box Elder, and Rich Counties residents. People of all ages who have a physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disability are invited to participate in Center activities. Eligibility for some services is based on economic need, however most independent living programs/services are available to all people with disabilities.

Most services are no cost. Community integration program members pay fees for some activities (dinner, movies, and community events.) Donations are suggested for transportation to community events.
