Eligibility
Individuals, families, elderly persons (60 years of age or older), and the handicapped who meet 125% or less of the current federal poverty income guidelines are eligible to participate in the Weatherization Assistance Program. Priority is given to the elderly and handicapped, high-energy consumption, emergency situations, and where pre-school children are present.
