Individuals who maintain and repair electrical vehicles, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vehicles, compressed natural gas (CNG) vehicles, vehicles with hybrid fuel technology and other vehicles that are powered by fuels other than gasoline or diesel. They may also convert standard vehicles to AFV status.
