Individuals who own, manage or work on farms and ranches where flightless birds including emu, ostrich, rhea, cassowary and kiwi are bred and raised for their meat, hide (leather) and feathers. Duties may include feeding and caring for the birds, collecting their products and keeping barns, pens and other farm buildings clean and in good condition.
