Game Bird Farmers

Individuals who own, manage or work on farms and ranches where game birds such as pheasants, partridges, quail and grouse are bred and raised. Duties may include feeding and caring for the birds, collecting their products (e.g., eggs or feathers) and keeping pens, yards and other farm buildings clean and in good condition. They may also exhibit prize birds at shows and make arrangements with hunting and gun clubs, game preserves or poultry houses for sale of birds.
