Individuals who raise fish and shellfish in marine, brackish, or fresh water, usually in ponds, floating net pens, raceways or re-circulating systems. They stock, feed, protect and otherwise manage aquatic life which will be sold for consumption or stocked to enhance recreational fishing or restore native species to waters they formerly occupied.
