Definition
An international program of sports training and competition for athletes age 50 and older which features a variety of events including archery, badminton, basketball, bounce volleyball, bowling, cycling, golf, horseshoes, racewalk, racquetball, road race, shuffleboard, slowpitch softball, swimming, table tennis, track and field, triathlon and volleyball. Included are organizations that sponsor, organize, hold, promote, sell tickets to and publicize the events; provide information about competition schedules; and/or maintain information about current standings.
