Waivers of Inadmissibility

Programs that assist aliens in filing petitions for waivers of grounds that would make them inadmissible to the United States or ineligible for lawful permanent residence status. Inadmissibility grounds include, but are not limited to, having a communicable disease of public health significance, the likelihood of becoming a public charge, attempts to return to the U.S. after having been unlawfully present or having other immigration violations, having certain criminal convictions, and intent to engage in activity which undermines the national security of the United States.
