Klinefelter's Syndrome

A congenital endocrine condition of primary testicular failure that is usually not evident prior to puberty. The classical form is associated with the presence of an extra X chromosome. The testicles are small and firm, and abnormally large mammary glands, abnormally long legs and subnormal intelligence are usually present.
