Digital Television Converter Boxes/Coupons

Programs that provide converter boxes (or coupons to purchase them) that people with analog television sets will need for television reception when the digital transition occurs in the U.S. in 2009. The converter boxes are only required by people who get their program over the air (with an antenna or rabbit ears). People whose programming comes via cable or satellite require no additional equipment.
