Ushers/Ticket Takers

Individuals who assist patrons at entertainment events by performing duties such as collecting admission tickets and passes, distributing programs, examining tickets to verify authenticity, helping patrons find seats, guiding patrons to exits in case of an emergency, helping people who use wheelchairs or have other special needs, searching for lost articles or parents of lost children, scheduling and managing volunteer usher corps and locating such facilities as rest rooms and telephones.
