Programs that pay for or provide firefighting equipment which can be used to generate a foam blanket on the roof of a home or other building, on decking, fences and surrounding brush to protect the property from an approaching fire. Wildfire residential fire protection systems consist of a water supply (a pool or water tank), a fire pump, a foam concentrate tank, a proportioner system which mixes the water and foam, a piping system, a fire hose and nozzle.
