Manufactured/Mobile Home Park Building Permits

Programs that issue permits which authorize the construction of manufactured/mobile home parks, i.e., one or more parcels of land that contain two or more lots that are leased to the general public for placement of their manufactured/mobile homes. Manufactured/mobile home parks are required to have an adequate supply of potable water, sewer connections, access to electrical power and/or natural gas, and arrangements for the storage, collection, transportation and disposal of refuse, garbage and solid waste.
