Programs that help nonprofit boards develop a proactive recruitment plan which is based on assessed needs and results in a diverse and committed board. They may also help board members create a matrix or other tool which provides a visual display of skills and experience available in current board members and those that are needed and will become the focus of recruitment efforts.
