Programs that develop, maintain and make available to the public, facilities for playing pool, billiards or snooker, which are table games that involve using a cue stick to knock one ball into another or into pockets on the side of the table. Some pool halls allow patrons to reserve tables in advance, sponsor tournaments and serve food and/or alcohol.
