Child Fingerprinting

Programs that make complete sets of fingerprints for children and youth younger than age 18 at the request of parents who want to ensure that they have a means of identification should their offspring run away, become lost, be abducted or become victims of violent crime. Fingerprints may be digitally scanned by computer or rolled onto an ink card. Also included are programs that issue materials that enable parents to take their child's fingerprints at home.
