Program Evaluation Specialists

Administrative personnel who are responsible for assessing the effectiveness of their programs in terms of the degree to which pre-established goals and objectives have been achieved, the nature and extent of unanticipated consequences which may have resulted from program activities and the overall impact of the program on the needs of the community. Program evaluations determine the clarity and measurability of program objectives, the program's status in terms of meeting its objectives within projected timeframes, whether staff have necessary training and resources to deliver results, and modifications that may be required to keep the program on track.
