Definition
The brothers and sisters of people who have been charged with a crime and are awaiting trial, who have been convicted of a crime and sentenced to confinement in a correctional facility, or who have served their sentence and have been recently released from a correctional facility whose own personal, social and familial coping have been significantly affected by their concern about and relationship with their sibling.
