Organizational Change Management

Programs that help nonprofit organizations, small businesses and other groups anticipate external forces that will necessitate organization-wide change (e.g., funding cuts, expanding markets or clientele or a change in leadership), identify the type of change that will be required (e.g., a change in mission, involvement in a major collaboration or introduction of new technologies) and develop strategies for managing the change to ensure that the overall effect on the organization is positive.
