Intercessory Prayer Groups

Programs that provide an opportunity for people, some of whom may be trained "intercessors" or "prayer warriors", to join together in prayer on behalf of other individuals or families, schools, cities, the nation or the worldwide situation in the belief that God can bring about changes that result in healing, restoration, reconciliation, deliverance, salvation and victory. Some prayer groups respond to specific requests for intercessory prayers submitted by people in the group, members of the congregation or by other people who contact the group via telephone or a website devoted to this purpose.
