Bad Check Registries

Programs that maintain a written record of the activities of individuals who have been reported by their bank or credit union for writing checks or initiating ATM transactions when they don't have enough money to cover the amount withdrawn. Also included are programs that help people determine whether they are included in a bad check registry and/or clear their record and get their names removed.
