Multimedia Artists/Animators

Individuals who create special effects, animation or other visual images using film, video, computers or other electronic tools and media for use in products or creations such as computer games, movies, music videos and commercials. They draw by hand and use computers to create the large series of pictures that form the animated images or special effects seen in movies, television programs and computer games. Some draw storyboards for television commercials, movies and animated features. Storyboards present television commercials or other material in a series of scenes similar to a comic strip and serve as guides to placing actors and cameras and other details during production.
