0-6 months, or any child that is breastfeeding. Not trained to work on infants past a year old.
Fees
$150 for 90 minute office visit, $100 for 60 minute follow up. In home visits vary between $200 - $250 depending on location. Accepts Aetna, Maritain, most Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, and some Cigma PPO plans.
