Description
Administers the Schools Aid Families in Emergency (SAFE) Neighborhoods program. SAFE Neighborhoods provides training and information to help neighborhoods recover from major disasters by training individuals in each elementary school to operate their neighborhood reunification hub at the school until outside help arrives following a catastrophic disaster.
