Provides evidence-based therapy services for youth and adults experiencing a range of psychological problems. Clinicians also conduct assessments for learning disabilities, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, and general psychological functioning. Services are provided by a team of licensed professionals as well as graduate students in the Psychology Department who work under supervision of doctoral-level, licensed psychologists.
A range of treatment approaches are used in addressing concerns including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavioral Parent Training. Individual therapy sessions are typically 45 minutes and occur once a week. Available in person or via telehealth throughout Utah.
