Eligibility
Families with children under 18. Must qualify through TANF. Must be a U.S. citizen, or eligible to work as a U.S citizen. Must be willing and able to work. Eligibility is based on a review of the current crisis, employment history, housing history, and financial needs, with the determination that the circumstance is a temporary crisis (not to exceed 4 months). Families in short-term crisis must demonstrate a history of housing and employment stability.

Call for intake process.
Description
Provides payment assistance for all public utility services through TANF program for families and children under 18. Must do an intake when calling, once accepted, those unemployed will participate in the Employment Pathway Program from the Department of Workforce Services Counselors. Clients may receive up to four payments within a twelve-month period. In case the rent is included with the utility bill, they could accommodate both payments.
