General mental health line that can assist with suicide prevention and crisis situations, general mental health concerns not related to a crisis, mental health assistance for members of the LGBTQ2+ community, and youth counseling services through the stabilization and mobile response unit. Callers are routed to the nearest accredited crisis center in the local area and are answered by staff who provide crisis counseling and mental health referrals. Centers can dispatch mobile crisis outreach teams to the callers location to provide hands-on assistance as well.
