Must be income eligible and participating in a qualifying government assistance program (list can be found online).
Service Hours:
M - Sa 10 am - 10 pm EST; Su 10 am - 7 pm EST
Intake Procedure:
Apply on website. Applicant will receive an email when they've been approved and the phone will arrive in the mail within 7 business days.
Fees:
No fees for basic plan, minutes can be added for a fee.
