Assists individuals with disabilities to achieve or maintain self-sufficient and productive lives in their own communities through assistive technology equipment loans, centers for independent living, disability-related transportation, disability rights groups, home visit volunteer opportunities, independent living skills instruction, low vision aids, advocacy, education, information and referral, and instruction volunteer opportunities.
