Services provided include citizenship education, comprehensive immigration/naturalization services, virtual program delivery, peer-to-peer networking for women diagnosed with cancer, health care referrals for cancer, diabetes, and other health issues, and Medicaid information/counseling.
Description:

Offers peer-to-peer cancer-related support and empowerment for Hispanic women through Triunfadoras . It also provides a monthly support group for Hispanic women facilitated by Hispanic women and addresses unique barriers including language differences, cultural sensitivities, and financial burdens.

Description:

The healthcare referral program breaks down barriers like insurance issues, lack of access to healthcare, language differences, and not understanding the U.S. healthcare system. Programs include a breast and cervical cancer healthcare referral program for Hispanic women. This program provides mammogram vouchers, one-on-one consultations, educational workshops, interpretation, transportation, and navigation to low-cost services. Another program, Ventanilla De Salud offers referrals to screenings for blood sugar, blood pressure, fatty liver disease, body mass index, and blood oxygen levels.
