Bear River Association of Governments

An extension of city and county governments in Box Elder, Cache, and Rich Counties that provides regional planning and development and a wide array of services for low-income households, seniors, and people with disabilities. Services provided include include home rehabilitation grants, indigent transportation, a weatherization program, rent payment assistance, and utility payment assistance.
