Bear River Health Department - Tremonton

Promotes and protects the health of Box Elder County residents through programs including sexually transmitted disease screening, chronic disease self-management, prenatal care, immunizations, food handling permits, restaurants/food sanitation, WIC, substance use disorder counseling, international travel advisories, child passenger safety seat inspections, and wellness programs. Also, provides birth and death certificates for births and deaths occurring in Utah.
