Description:

A group home for transitional and longer term support for individuals who demonstrate a need for both structured and supportive living. The group home is staffed 24 hours a day to provide daily contact and monitoring of the resident's behavior, personal care, daily living tasks, and symptoms associated with the resident's diagnosis.
