Provides rent and mortgage assistance for families struggling to stay in their homes. Funds are distributed on a monthly basis, first come, first serve on the first business day of the month. Application reviews take about four weeks.

Eligibility:
Families that meet the income guidelines (200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines), are US citizens, and have a dependent child 18 years of age or younger.
Service Hours:
M -Th 7 am- 4 pm; F by appointment only
Intake Procedure:
Call to make an appointment.

Must have children under 18. One adult in household must meet income criteria. All members of household must be US citizens or have approved status. Can only be assisted if client has eviction notice or is currently experiencing homelessness.
