The utility service payment assistance program year-round energy assistance to low income households throughout Utah. The program year begins October 1 and enters the following September 30. The weatherization program helps low-income individuals and families reduce energy costs and increase comfort and safety in their homes.
Description:

The program provides low-income individuals and families with cost-effective home improvements and energy audits.

Eligibility:
Households with total household income less than 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Priority given to households with elderly individuals or individuals with a disability.
Service Hours:
M - F 8 am - 5 pm
Intake Procedure:
Call, walk in, or complete the application on the website.

Description:

A program that provides utility service payment assistance for low-income households throughout Utah. Seasonal and an emergency utility payment assistance program is also available.

Eligibility:
The applicant must be responsible for the household utilities. A household member must be a US citizen or qualified alien. The household income must be at or below 150 percent of the federal poverty level.

Call to schedule an appointment, apply online, or print an application and send by mail.
