Provides crisis counseling, screening, and assessment, individualized youth and family plans with the ability to access services based on unique youth and family needs. It offers secure care and community programs. Juvenile probation, a school, DHHS, law enforcement, a parent or guardian, a community member, a youth/peer court, a DCFS intake, or a caseworker refer youth to center programs.

M - F 8 am - 5 pm
