Provides services that promote the achievement and maintenance of optimal health for all people in the community including death and birth certificates, WIC, pregnancy testing and birth control, prenatal home visitation programs, tuberculosis screenings and immunizations, early intevention, food handling permits, STD screening, and child passenger safety seat inspections.
