Provides advocacy and educational opportunities that empower parents to become advocates for their families and communities, engages youth so they become leaders, and provides children with a head start in their education so they reach their potential in school. Services are available April to December and include Head Start, youth and adult literacy programs, dating violence prevention, diversity awareness training, life skills education, and stepfamily/blended family support groups.
