Phone line for reporting suspected or actual child abuse or neglect. Utah law requires any person who has reason to believe that a child has been subjected to abuse or neglect to report it to DCFS or a law enforcement agency.
Application/Referral Process
Call 911 first if a child is in immediate danger. Call the primary number to be connected to a case worker who will manage the report and case, or visit the website to complete a report form.
